I understand that my retreat ticket is transferrable but not refundable, except in the case that all travel to the venue would become legally prohibited due to any future COVID-related travel ban. 

I understand that it is solely my responsibility to be aware of and meet all current COVID-related travel guidelines and requirements as put forth by the airlines, CDC, and/or Turks & Caicos government. I further understand that my payment will not be refunded if I fail to meet the requirements at the time of my travel. 

I understand that I am responsible for my own air fare, ground transportation, and evening meals while in attendance at the retreat. 

I understand that I need a current and valid passport to travel to Turks & Caicos. 

I understand that the retreat organizer/presenter bears no legal liability for me and that I am solely responsible for any personal issues (legal, medical, or otherwise) that may arise during travel or my stay. 

I agree to abide by all laws and any restrictions imposed by the local government in my travel destination related to health or other concerns. 

I understand that this retreat is meant to be positive and enjoyable for all in attendance, and I therefore agree to be courteous and considerate toward other retreat attendees and my host, and understand that certain actions by me can be grounds for expulsion from the accommodations, at the host's discretion, and at my own expense. Such actions include, but are not limited to: any illegal activities, or any aggressive, destructive, violent, or sexually inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be given if such actions result in my expulsion. 

I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any damage I may personally cause to the designated retreat property during my stay at the retreat. 

I understand that the retreat venue is subject to change due to possible arising unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers. If the exact venue needs to be changed, similar accommodations in Turks and Caicos will be provided.
